My name is Zoe Stewart and I am representing my small hometown in Northern Ireland as Miss Diamond Strabane. Before entering pageants I had been a competitive dancer travelling all over the globe, but once I left for university I was no longer able to compete anymore. It was then at the beginning of 2019 that I ended up entering my first pageant ‘Miss Shining Light’ which interested me as it was raising funds for a local mental health charity. Later that year I competed and ended up winning the title of Miss Shining Light and was absolutely thrilled! Between entering MSL and competing I also won a place in the Miss Northern Ireland final which was held in May 2019 as Miss Enniskillen. Both pageants have given me lifelong friends and it is what has encouraged me to keep entering them regardless of whether I win or lose. Miss Diamond will be my third ever pageant! I work full time as a baker in my local bakery and I also run my own little custom cake business from home called Zoe K Cakes. Previously I studied biomedical science in university and achieved my certification of higher education in biomedical studies, but ultimately I decided to follow my heart and turn my artistic talent for cake making into my full time career. I am so excited to travel to England to compete next year and to see what Miss Diamond will bring to my pageant journey!
